It is a water-based dispersant of acrylic polymer block copolymer with controlled free radical polymerization. It is suitable for the production of universal color paste in water-based resin-free system.

应用

特点和优势:

For organic and inorganic pigments, it has excellent fluidity, 高光泽度, high tinting strength, can be used as high solid color paste, 具有长期的颜料分散储存稳定性, 并与各种水性体系具有良好的相容性. 本产品不含 APEO 和 VOC.

推荐用途:

For water-based wood coatings, water-based metal paints, leather color pastes, water-based gravure inks, 油墨.

Inorganic pigments and fillers: 10%~20%

Organic pigments: 20%~30%

Carbon black: 20%~30%

• Instructions for use

为了获得最佳性能, the additives should be added to the grinding material first, and then the pigments. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grinding material, and then slowly add the additives under constant stirring. Do not add the pigment before the additives are mixed evenly.
