For resin-free grinding, it can strongly reduce the viscosity of the color paste, 高光泽度, thermal stability, increase the tinting power of the pigment, shorten the grinding time, and is a highly cost-effective water-based dispersant.

• 推荐用途

1. Grinding of ink color paste. Wet grinding of nano slurry.
2. Nano wet grinding of industrial coatings, leather color paste, inorganic powder.
3. Water-based printing ink (flexo, gravure).
4. Water-based pigment high-content resin-free system color paste, wet grinding of pesticide powder and other fields.

• 添加量

Total amount of organic pigment: 15%约30%

无机颜料: 5%约10%

Transparent pigment with high specific surface area: 30%~40%

• 使用说明

为了获得最佳性能, 添加剂应先加入到研磨材料中, 然后再加入颜料. 将研磨材料的树脂和溶剂组分预混合, 然后在持续搅拌下缓慢加入添加剂. 在添加剂充分混合均匀前不要加入颜料.
