应用

特点和优势:

1. Excellent viscosity reduction effect, which has a good effect on reducing the viscosity of wax powder, increasing the content, and good fluidity.
2. It has a strong wetting effect on low polar organic powders, making them quickly soluble in water.
3. Produce stable dispersion slurry and can be ground.

推荐用途:

For aqueous dispersion and grinding of low-polar wax powder, zinc stearate, aluminum stearate and other powders.

• Instructions for use

为了获得最佳性能, the additives should be added to the grinding material first, and then the pigments (liquid first and then powder). Premix the resin and solvent components of the grinding material, and then slowly add the additives under constant stirring. Do not add pigments before the additives are mixed evenly.

Reference formula:

PE wax powder: 40%

HH2090 dispersant: 2-4%

Cellulose: 0.5%

Defoamer: 0.1%
