• 应用

特点和优势：

Suitable for grinding with resin and pigment concentrate without resin. The color paste has high gloss, good moisture retention, obvious dispersion effect during grinding, low foaming, and high temperature resistance (no cooling water is required during grinding, up to 75 degrees).

• 推荐用途

Wetting dispersant for water-based coatings and printing inks. 例如: water-based nano-color paste, 墨, industrial coating, wood coating, pesticide, leather coating and printing ink. Among them, alcohol in gravure printing ink has a very good effect.

• 添加量

The dosage of additives is based on the amount of powder:

Inorganic pigments: 5%-30%

二氧化钛: 4%-10%

Organic pigments: 25%~40%

Carbon black: 30%~60%

• Instructions for use

为了获得最佳性能, the additives should be added to the grinding material first, and then the pigments. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grinding material, and then slowly add the additives under constant stirring. Do not add the pigment before the additives are mixed evenly.
