• HH 餐厅-2016D 溶剂型分散剂

It is a wetting and dispersing aid for solvent-based coatings, used to disperse organic pigments, inorganic pigments and carbon black in organic solvent media. It can improve pigment wettability, reduce the time required for the grinding process and stabilize pigment dispersions.

It deflocculates the pigment through the steric hindrance of the polyacrylate chain and prevents pigment flocculation and precipitation during storage. Since the deflocculated pigment particles are very small, high gloss and enhanced color strength can be obtained.

另外, transparency and hiding power are increased. These products can reduce the viscosity of the system, thereby improving the leveling of the product and increasing the pigment content.

特点和优势

1. 改善颜料的润湿性, 减少研磨过程所需的时间, 改善光泽和平整性, 降低粘度并避免触变性.
2. 通过嵌段聚合物中聚丙烯酸酯链的空间稳定性防止颜料再絮凝, 以稳定涂料和颜料膏中颜料的着色力和色调, 防止颜料在储存期间絮凝和沉淀, 保持体系中颜料和填料的均匀分散.
3. 由于分散剂具有高分子量且与树脂性质相似, 不会影响涂料基材的耐久性.

• 推荐用途

用于工业印刷涂料, 建筑涂料, 卷材涂料, 汽车涂料, 木材和家具涂料, 防腐涂料, 颜料浓缩液及其他体系.

添加量

推荐水平:

有机颜料: 10~20

二氧化钛: 2-5

炭黑: 20~30

无机颜料: 2-10

*.请对具体添加量进行逐步实验, 上述用量在很大程度上取决于颜料的粒径和比表面积.

使用说明

实现最佳性能, 应先将添加剂添加到研磨中, 其次是颜料. 预混合研磨的树脂和溶剂成分, 然后在搅拌的同时慢慢加入添加剂. 在添加剂充分混合之前不要添加颜料.
