• 应用

特点和优势：

Suitable for grinding with resin and pigment concentrate without resin. The color paste has high gloss, good moisture retention, obvious dispersion effect during grinding, low foaming, and high temperature resistance (no cooling water is required during grinding, up to 75 degrees).

• 推荐用途

Wetting dispersant for water-based coatings and printing inks. 例如: water-based nano-color paste, 墨, industrial coating, wood coating, 杀虫剂, leather coating and printing ink. Among them, alcohol in gravure printing ink has a very good effect.

• 添加量

The dosage of additives is based on the amount of powder:

无机颜料: 5%-30%

二氧化钛: 4%-10%

有机颜料: 25%~40%

炭黑: 30%~60%

• 使用说明

为了获得最佳性能, 添加剂应先加入到研磨材料中, 然后再加入颜料. 将研磨材料的树脂和溶剂组分预混合, 然后在持续搅拌下缓慢加入添加剂. 在添加剂充分混合均匀前不要加入颜料.
