It is used as a wetting dispersant for the production of water-based general color paste, printing ink, nano color paste, nano wet grinding of inorganic powder, and water-based industrial paint system color paste and pesticide powder.

• Applications

Special Features and Benefits：

For resin-free grinding, it can strongly reduce the viscosity of the color paste, high gloss, thermal stability, increase the tinting power of the pigment, shorten the grinding time, and is a highly cost-effective water-based dispersant.

• Recommended Use

1. Grinding of ink color paste. Wet grinding of nano slurry.
2. Nano wet grinding of industrial coatings, leather color paste, inorganic powder.
3. Water-based printing ink (flexo, gravure).
4. Water-based pigment high-content resin-free system color paste, wet grinding of pesticide powder and other fields.

• Addition amount

Total amount of organic pigment: 15%~30%

Inorganic pigment: 5%~10%

Transparent pigment with high specific surface area: 30%~40%

*. The above data are the dosage ratios in the formula(% of pigment amount). The optimal dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests.

• Instructions for use

In order to obtain the best performance, the additives should be added to the grinding material first, and then the pigments. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grinding material, and then slowly add the additives under constant stirring. Do not add the pigment before the additives are mixed evenly.
