Applications

Special Features and Benefits:

  1. It can produce high content and low viscosity inorganic powder wet grinding paste with a small amount of addition;
  2. Significantly improve the grinding efficiency of liquid slurry mixture, so that the mixed slurry has excellent fluidity and low foaming performance;
  3. Rapidly improve grinding efficiency;
  4. Good adaptability and compatibility after blending with various inorganic powders;
  5. Various types of inorganic powders can be added in advance to be used as a mixed dispersant for powder materials. There is no need to add a dispersant after the mixture is mixed with water. You only need to add 0.5% to 1% of MEA in the formula to disperse and grind.

  • Recommended Use

It is suitable for dry powder premixing of titanium dioxide, kaolin, talc powder, iron oxide pigments, alumina, cerium oxide and other inorganic powders, graphite and other carbon materials.

  • Addition 0amount

The recommended amount is the amount of inorganic powder: HH2101=100:3~5

*. This product can be used alone or in combination with other liquid types of nonionic and anionic polymers. Customers should conduct necessary step tests based on actual usage conditions to determine specific usage plans. When used in combination with other types of additives, tests must be conducted first to determine the dosage.

  • Instructions for use

In order to obtain the best performance, the additives should be added to the grinding material first, and then the pigments (liquid first and then powder). Premix the resin and solvent components of the grinding material, and then slowly add the additives under constant stirring. Do not add pigments before the additives are mixed evenly.

All of our dispersants are packaged in export plastic barrels. The main plastic barrel packaging specifications are: 25kg, 125kg, 200kg, 1000kg.
