HH2899 dispersant is a hydrophobically modified ammonium polyacrylate dispersant. This dispersant can be used alone or in combination with other anionic or nonionic dispersants, providing excellent performance in the production of high-solids content color pastes. This dispersant exhibits excellent wetting and dispersing abilities for inorganic powders.

• Applications

Special Features and Benefits：

The hydrophobic properties of the dispersant give it surfactant-like properties, resulting in excellent powder wetting. It has excellent compatibility. It is APEO-free, formaldehyde-free, and does not contain formaldehyde releasers, offering better environmental performance.

Recommended Usel

Widely used in pure acrylic, styrene-acrylic, and silicone-acrylic latex coatings ranging from matte to high gloss. Particularly recommended for wet grinding of highly concentrated slurries of inorganic powder materials such as lithium iron phosphate.

• Addition amount

Generally 2%-5% of the inorganic powder weight.

• Instructions for use

In order to obtain the best performance, deionized water should be added to the additives and grinds and mixed evenly before adding pigments. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grinds first, then slowly add the additives under constant stirring. Do not add pigments before the additives are mixed evenly.
