  • Applications

Special Features and Benefits

  1. Improves wetting properties, reducing grinding time and viscosity of abrasives.
  2. Prevents floating color and blooming in multi-pigment systems.
  3. Increases the gloss, color intensity, transparency, and hiding power of coatings.
  4. Increases the storage stability of pigment systems.

  • Recommended Use

Automotive coatings, industrial coatings, coil coatings, etc.

  • Addition amount

Recommended addition amount (calculated based on supply):

Inorganic pigments: 10-15%

Organic pigments: 30-90%

Titanium dioxide: 3-6%

Carbon black: 60-120%

* The above recommended dosage is for reference only. The optimal dosage needs to be determined through a series of experiments.

Incorporation and Processing Instructions

First, premix the resin and solvent components, then slowly add the additives and mix thoroughly before adding the pigments. If the order is incorrect, it can be corrected by adding them later, but this must be done slowly under high shear stress.
