  • Applications

Special Features and Benefits

  1. Improves wetting properties, reducing grinding time and viscosity of abrasives.
  2. Prevents floating color and blooming in multi-pigment systems.
  3. Increases the gloss, color intensity, transparency, and hiding power of coatings.

  • Recommended Use

Wood coatings, industrial coatings, etc.

Addition amount

Calculated based on supply form:

Inorganic pigments 2-4%

Organic pigments 10-30%

Titanium dioxide 3-6%

Carbon black 30-60%

*. The above data are empirical dosages, and the optimal dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests.

Incorporation and Processing Instructions

First, premix the resin and solvent components, then slowly add the additives and mix thoroughly before adding the pigments.

If the order is incorrect, it can be corrected by adding the additives later, but this must be done slowly under high shear stress.
