- HH2110 Wetting and dispersing agent
HH2110 dispersant is used as a wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-based, solvent-free coatings and printing inks to stabilize inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide. It can significantly reduce the viscosity of the grinding material and does not contain solvents.
- Product Data
Composition:
Copolymer solution containing acidic groups.
Typical Properties:
Appearance: Yellow liquid
Active ingredients: ≥99.9%
Density About: 1.15g/cm3
Solvent NoneType: HH2110
*.The values indicated in this data sheet describe typical properties and do not constitute specification limits.
- Applications
Special Features and Benefits
- Improve wetting properties and reduce the grinding time and viscosity of the grinding material.
- Increase the gloss, color intensity, transparency and hiding power of the coating.
- Recommended Use
Used in solvent-based and solvent-free coatings and printing inks to stabilize inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide. At the same time, this additive can be used in acid-catalyzed systems (such as coil coatings).
Addition amount
Calculated according to the supply form:
Inorganic pigment 5-10%
Titanium dioxide 2-4%
*. The above data are empirical dosages, and the optimal dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests.
Incorporation and Processing Instructions
In order to obtain the best performance, the additive should be added to the grind first, and then the pigment. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grind, and then slowly add the additive under constant stirring. Do not add the pigment before the additive is mixed evenly.
