Special Features and Benefits

1. Improve wetting properties and greatly reduce the grinding time and viscosity of the grinding material.
2. Good compatibility with various types of resins, which can avoid floating color and blooming in multi-pigment systems.
3. It can increase the gloss, color intensity, transparency and hiding power of the coating.

• Recommended Use

Grinding and dispersing matting powder in UV wood paint system, stabilization of pigments in UV printing inks, suitable for preparing pigment concentrates.

Addition amount

Calculated based on supply form:

Organic pigment: 10-20%

Titanium dioxide: 5-6%

Carbon black: 10-30%

Incorporation and Processing Instructions

To achieve the best performance, the additives should be added to the grind first, followed by the pigment. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grind, then slowly add the additives while stirring. Do not add the pigment until the additives are well mixed.

If the order is wrong, it can be remedied by post-addition, but it needs to be added slowly under high shear conditions.
