Special Features and Benefits

1. The additive deflocculates the pigment through steric stabilization, and it also makes the pigment particles carry the same charge. The resulting repulsive effect and steric stabilization prevent the pigment from coarsening, thereby eliminating the problem of floating color in systems containing multiple pigments.
2. Due to the small particle size of the deflocculated pigment, high gloss can be obtained and color strength can be enhanced. Ngoài ra, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments can also be improved. Due to the reduction in viscosity, the leveling performance is improved and the amount of pigment added can be increased.

To achieve the best performance, the additives should be added to the grind first, followed by the pigment. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grind, then slowly add the additives while stirring. Do not add the pigment until the additives are well mixed.
