Used in water-based acrylic and water-based polyurethane ink color paste systems (including resin grinding), it improves the gloss and leveling of the color paste, while giving the color paste excellent fluidity and color development.

• Applications

Recommended Use:

Applicable for dispersing carbon black and azo and phthalocyanine pigments, used for preparing water-based plastic ink paste, water-based cigarette package ink paste, narrow-width flexographic ink paste and other pastes.

• Addition amount

Recommended Levels:

Resin grinding:

Organic pigment 3%~5%

Inorganic pigment: 1~2%;

*. The above data are the dosage ratios in the formula. The optimal dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests.

• Instructions for use

In order to obtain the best performance, the additives should be added to the grinding material first, and then the pigments. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grinding material, and then slowly add the additives under continuous stirring. Do not add the pigment before the additives are evenly mixed.

HH2000E dispersant (total formula): 8%

DF69 defoamer: 0.2%
