This compound is a slightly yellow fine particle, non-toxic, no side effects on the human body, insoluble in most solvents at room temperature, stable to acid, alkali and water media, soluble in hot chlorinated hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents, its powder has a strong greasy feeling, and is wettable to water above 80℃.

Incorporation and Processing Instructions

To achieve the best performance, the additives should be added to the grind first, followed by the pigment. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grind, then slowly add the additives while stirring. Do not add the pigment until the additives are well mixed.

If the order is wrong, it can be remedied by post-addition, but it needs to be added slowly under high shear conditions.
