It has good versatility and excellent compatibility with resins, and is widely used in solvent-based coating systems. It exhibits excellent grinding and dispersing effects on carbon black and organic pigments, and has excellent color development effects.

1. Dispersing and grinding carbon black, organic pigments, and inorganic pigments in automotive paints, industrial paints, and plastic paint systems.
2. Grinding and dispersing different pigments in various ink systems.

Organic pigments: 10%~15%

Inorganic pigments: 1%~5%

Carbon black: 30%~60%

Dispersant dosage (g) = [Specific surface area of pigment (m2/g)÷500]×Weight of pigment (g)

*The above data are the percentage dosage based on the total pigment. The optimal dosage needs to be determined through a series of experiments.

Incorporation and Processing Instructions

To obtain the best performance, HH2160 should first be dissolved in the mixture of grinding base materials. Additives should be added to the grinding materials first, and pigments should be added and dispersed evenly. Finally, the mixture should be ground in a sand mill.

• Storage & Transportation

Transported as non-hazardous goods; non-flammable. Store in a cool, well-ventilated environment at 5-40 degrees Celsius, avoiding direct sunlight.

• Shelf Life

Unopened product has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of production under sealed conditions.
