• Applications

Special Features and Benefits：

Suitable for grinding with resin and pigment concentrate without resin. The color paste has high gloss, good moisture retention, obvious dispersion effect during grinding, low foaming, and high temperature resistance (no cooling water is required during grinding, up to 75 degrees).

• Recommended Use

Wetting dispersant for water-based coatings and printing inks. For example: water-based nano-color paste, ink, industrial coating, wood coating, pesticide, leather coating and printing ink. Among them, alcohol in gravure printing ink has a very good effect.

• Addition amount

The dosage of additives is based on the amount of powder:

Inorganic pigments: 5%-30%

Titanium dioxide: 4%-10%

Organic pigments: 25%~40%

Carbon black: 30%~60%

*. The above data are empirical dosages, and the optimal dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests.

• Instructions for use

In order to obtain the best performance, the additives should be added to the grinding material first, and then the pigments. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grinding material, and then slowly add the additives under constant stirring. Do not add the pigment before the additives are mixed evenly.
