It is a highly effective additive specially used for non-polar binders. It has a two-component structure of pigment affinity and solvent affinity. It can effectively improve the wettability and dispersibility of pigments when mixed in aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbon solutions,thereby producing a stable, high-concentration pigment dispersion with good rheological properties.

  • Recommended Use

Surface treatment of aluminum silver paste, offset printing ink, news gravure toluene ink, various oily paints, oily color pastes and pigments.

  • Addition amount

Generally, it is 3%~5% of the amount of pigment

  • Instructions for use

In order to obtain the best performance, the additives should be added to the grinding material first, and then the pigments. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grinding material, and then slowly add the additives under constant stirring. Do not add the pigment before the additives are mixed evenly.

Q: What is the calculation formula for the amount of water-based dispersant added?
A: Addition amount (kg) = (total amount of pigment + total amount of filler) x (1-solid content) + solid content.

All of our dispersants are packaged in export plastic barrels.

The main plastic barrel packaging specifications are: 25kg, 125kg, 200kg, 1000kg.
