• Applications

Special Features and Benefits：

It has excellent alcohol resistance and grinding performance, good adhesion, gloss and drying speed. The formula addition amount is small, and the grinding and integration manufacturing of non-absorbent substrate printing water-based ink is simple to operate.

It has excellent wettability for pigments, and has good solubility and fatigue resistance. The water-based ink is stable for long-term printing, the odor of the printed product meets the standard, and all indicators meet the performance requirements of water-based gravure printing ink.

• Recommended Use

It has good adhesion and fast drying speed on various non-absorbent substrates such as OPP, BOPP, PET, PUD, PVC, PE, etc.

• Instructions for use

HR8852 resin has excellent performance. Customers need to fully test whether it is suitable before use. Before conducting adhesion test, ensure that the film corona value meets the standard, the ink layer must be dry, and the adhesion performance will be better after the water-based ink is diluted by 50%-100% than the original ink test.
