• Applications

Special Features and Benefits：

Can be used for grinding with or without resin, it can strongly reduce the viscosity of the color paste, high gloss, thermal storage stability, increase the coloring power of the pigment, and short grinding time.

• Recommended Use

Used in the production of water-based general color paste, printing ink, coating system (industrial paint), ink and other applications.

 as follows:

1. Grinding of ink color paste and nano color paste.
2. Dispersion and grinding of industrial coatings, leather color pastes, pesticides and carbon materials with high specific surface area.
3. Water-based printing inks (flexographic plates, gravure plates).
4. Water-based pigments with high content of resin or resin-free system color pastes.

• Addition amount

Total amount of organic pigments: 20%~30%

Inorganic pigments: 3%~10%

Transparent pigments with high specific surface area: 20%~30%

• Instructions for use

In order to obtain the best performance, the additives should be added to the grinding material first, and then the pigments. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grinding material, and then slowly add the additives under constant stirring. Do not add the pigment before the additives are mixed evenly.
