• Applications

Special Features and Benefits：

For organic and inorganic pigments, it has excellent fluidity, high gloss, high tinting strength, can be used as high solid color paste, has long-term pigment dispersion storage stability, and has good compatibility with various water-based systems. This product does not contain APEO and VOC.

• Recommended Use

Particularly suitable for the production of universal color pastes in water-based resin-free systems. Used in water-based wood coatings, water-based metal paints, leather color pastes, water-based gravure inks, and inks.

• Addition amount

Inorganic pigments and fillers 10~20%

Organic pigments 20~30%

Carbon black 20%~30%

• Instructions for use

In order to obtain the best performance, the additives should be added to the grinding material first, and then the pigments. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grinding material, and then slowly add the additives under constant stirring. Do not add the pigment before the additives are mixed evenly.
