• DP-50 Conductive Material Dispersant

It is a dispersant that can be used to disperse conductive materials in aqueous systems. Its wetting and dispersing stabilization shortens the dispersion process of carbon materials and other conductive additives.

The appropriate dispersion grinding time is determined by measuring the change in dispersion time and the surface resistivity of the electrode coating with the change in dispersion time.

• Applications

Recommended Usel

NMP or H2O carrier concentrates for electronically conductive carbon additives (such as conductive carbon black, graphene, carbon nanotubes, etc.), and formulations for highly filled electrode coating slurries for lithium-ion batteries.

• Addition amount

Recommended Levels

Added according to 10~50% of the carbon material.

• Incorporation and Processing Instructions

Add in the order of solvent and dispersant, disperse evenly, and add raw materials for pre-dispersion for 30 minutes. Finally, grind on the machine.

• Storage & Transportation

Transport as non-hazardous goods, store in a cool and ventilated place, prohibit exposure to sunlight, and continue to use after freezing and thawing at low temperature.

• Shelf life

The validity period of unopened products is 18 months from the date of production.
