• HH–2027 Water-based dispersant

It has high dispersing and grinding efficiency for inorganic pigments and fillers, good gloss, excellent water resistance, low foaming, good anti-settling effect, and can obtain high-concentration slurry with low viscosity with a small addition amount.

It is used for inorganic powder series materials not listed, such as iron oxide series, aluminum oxide, cerium oxide, titanium dioxide, Dll., and can also be used for the dispersion of matting powder.

It has good color concentration for dispersed organic pigments and has excellent dispersing effect on satin white composite pigments with poor flowability.

• Instructions for use

To achieve the best performance, the additives should be added to the grind first, followed by the pigment. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grind, then slowly add the additives while stirring. Do not add the pigment until the additives are well mixed.
