It is a water-based dispersant of acrylic polymer block copolymer with controlled free radical polymerization. It is suitable for the production of universal color paste in water-based resin-free system.

Applications

Special Features and Benefits:

For organic and inorganic pigments, it has excellent fluidity, high gloss, high tinting strength, can be used as high solid color paste, has long-term pigment dispersion storage stability, and has good compatibility with various water-based systems. This product does not contain APEO and VOC.

Recommended Use:

For water-based wood coatings, water-based metal paints, leather color pastes, water-based gravure inks, ຫມຶກ.

• Addition amount

Inorganic pigments and fillers: 10%~20%

Organic pigments: 20%~30%

Carbon black: 20%~30%

• Instructions for use

In order to obtain the best performance, the additives should be added to the grinding material first, and then the pigments. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grinding material, and then slowly add the additives under constant stirring. Do not add the pigment before the additives are mixed evenly.
