• HH–2027 Water-based dispersant

It has high dispersing and grinding efficiency for inorganic pigments and fillers, good gloss, excellent water resistance, low foaming, good anti-settling effect, and can obtain high-concentration slurry with low viscosity with a small addition amount.

It is used for inorganic powder series materials not listed, such as iron oxide series, aluminum oxide, cerium oxide, titanium dioxide, ແລະອື່ນໆ, and can also be used for the dispersion of matting powder.

• Applications

Special Features and Benefits：

Due to the growth of the solvation chain, the dispersant itself has better compatibility with various resins in water-based systems and better stability in water-based paint systems. It has good color concentration for dispersed organic pigments and has excellent dispersing effect on satin white composite pigments with poor flowability.

Used in coatings, ຫມຶກ, industrial paints and other application fields.

• Addition amount

According to the formula amount: 0.4%~3%

• Instructions for use

To achieve the best performance, the additives should be added to the grind first, followed by the pigment. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grind, then slowly add the additives while stirring. Do not add the pigment until the additives are well mixed.
