It is a wetting dispersant suitable for solvent-free UV curing coatings and ink systems to disperse and stabilize untreated and treated silica type matting powder. It has excellent viscosity reduction and orientation effects.

Special Features and Benefits

1. It can efficiently disperse and stabilize untreated and treated silica type matting powder.
2. It can strongly reduce viscosity and reduce thixotropy when dispersing matting powder, so that a higher content of matting powder can be added, and the addition and orientation of matting powder can be made more uniform.
3. It does not contain volatile solvents and has excellent compatibility with all commonly used polymers and monomers in UV-curing coating systems.

Addition amount

Calculated based on supply form:

No matting powder: 3-15%

Organic pigments: 10-20%

High surface carbon black: 40-60%

Incorporation and Processing Instructions

To achieve the best performance, the additives should be added to the grind first, followed by the pigment. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grind, then slowly add the additives while stirring. Do not add the pigment until the additives are well mixed.

If the order is wrong, it can be remedied by post-addition, but it needs to be added slowly under high shear conditions.
