*.The values indicated in this data sheet describe typical properties and do not constitute specification limits.
- Applications
Special Features and Benefits
- Improve wetting properties and reduce grinding time and viscosity of grinding materials.
- Avoid floating color and blooming in multi-pigment systems.
- Increase the gloss, color strength, transparency and hiding power of coatings.
- Recommended Use
It has a wide compatibility and can be used in various solvent-based formulations, such as organic pigments, inorganic pigments, titanium dioxide, carbon black and other applications. It can also be used for post-treatment of problematic coatings.
Addition amount
Calculated based on supply form:
Inorganic pigments 10-15%
Organic pigments 20-40%
Titanium dioxide 3-5%
Carbon black 30-50%
*. The above data are empirical dosages, and the optimal dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests.
Instructions for use
To achieve the best performance, the additives should be added to the grind first, followed by the pigment. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grind, then slowly add the additives while stirring. Do not add the pigment until the additives are well mixed.
If the order is wrong, it can be remedied by post-addition, but it needs to be added slowly under high shear conditions.
