• Applications

Special Features and Benefits

1. In low polarity systems, it has a strong viscosity reduction effect;
2. The addition amount of inorganic powder is small, the viscosity reduction effect is obvious, the fluidity is changed, and the coating surface is uniform.
3. It has a very stable dispersing effect on organic pigments and has very good gloss. It has very good dispersion in low polarity systems, the coating surface has a very high density, and the printing ink effect is good.
4. Reduce the surface tension of the ink, improve the water resistance of the coating, and no VOC.

• Recommended Use

Oily UV, ship coatings, radiation-resistant coatings, lubricating oil grinding graphene, kerosene graphene, white oil stamp ink, white oil-based herbicide field, printing and dyeing coatings, iron printing inks and other low-polarity solvent systems, magnetic inks, oily thermal transfer inks, printer ribbon inks, ປົງຄາຍ.

Compatibility: oily alkyd resins, acrylic resins, vinyl, white mineral oil, silicone oil, epoxy resins, phenolic resins and multifunctional resin systems.

Instructions for use

To achieve the best performance, the additives should be added to the grind first, followed by the pigment. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grind, then slowly add the additives while stirring. Do not add the pigment until the additives are well mixed.
