• Applications

Special Features and Benefits：

Used in the production of water-based general color paste, such as ink, leather, printing ink and coating system applications, for resin-free grinding, it can strongly reduce the viscosity of the color paste, high gloss, thermal storage stability, increase the coloring power of the pigment, and short grinding time.

• Recommended Use

1. Ink color paste grinding.
2. Industrial coatings, leather color paste.
3. Water-based printing ink (flexographic plate, gravure).
4. Water-based pigments with high content of resin or resin-free system color paste.
5. Pesticide field.

• Addition amount

Total organic pigment: 25%~40%;

Inorganic pigment: 5%~10%;

• Instructions for use

In order to obtain the best performance, the additives should be added to the grind first, and then the pigments. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grind first, and then slowly add the additives under constant stirring. Do not add the pigment before the additives are mixed evenly.
