• HH2376W Dispersing agents

HH2376w water-based dispersant is based on 2176 dispersant and uses multifunctional monomer end-capping treatment. Its special structure improves the water resistance of the paint film and increases the adhesion after film formation. It has excellent pigment dispersibility and storage stability.

Especially in water-based plastic gravure inks with alcohol-water soluble systems (containing alcohol solvents). ເພີ່ມເຕີມ, water-based epoxy systems are also applicable.

• Applications

Special Features and Benefits：

Used to produce water-based general-purpose high-solid color paste, disperse and grind organic powder in resin-containing system, it can strongly reduce the viscosity of color paste, high gloss, heat storage stability, low foaming, small dosage, increase the coloring power of pigment, and short grinding time.

• Recommended Use

1. Grinding of resin-containing ink color paste.
2. Resin-containing industrial coatings and leather color paste coatings.
3. Alcohol + water-soluble gravure ink (flexo plate, gravure).
4. Water-based pigment high-content resin system color paste.

Recommended Levels

The recommended amount of grinding resin in the formula is: 20%~30%,

Dispersant: 2~5% (formula amount)

• Instructions for use

In order to obtain the best performance, the additives should be added to the grind before the pigment. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grind first, and then slowly add the additives under constant stirring. Pigments cannot be added before the additives are mixed evenly.
