Special Features and Benefits

1. Rapidly wet the surface of silicon powder and silicon wafers, improve the lubrication stability of cutting fluid, thereby reducing line marks, TTV and dirty wafers, and improve the A-quality rate and output of silicon wafers.
2. Rapidly wet the surface of diamond wire, reduce the powder accumulation phenomenon between diamond abrasives, maintain the surface roughness of diamond wire, and facilitate the stable cutting of crystalline silicon.
3. Rapid wetting improves the cooling performance of cutting fluid to meet the trend of higher and higher line speeds and the gradual thinning of diamond wires.

Incorporation and Processing Instructions

To achieve the best performance, the additives should be added to the grind first, followed by the pigment. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grind, then slowly add the additives while stirring. Do not add the pigment until the additives are well mixed.
