- HH2120Dispersant (for both water and oil)
HH2120 dispersant can stabilize inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide and silicon dioxide. It can also be used for low-solid content organic pigment nano-ink color paste, which can significantly reduce the viscosity of the grinding material. Increase wetting and stability.

- Applications
Special Features and Benefits
- Improve wetting properties and reduce grinding time and viscosity of grinding materials.
- Increase the gloss, color strength, transparency and hiding power of coatings.
- Significantly increase the amount of inorganic pigments added and increase stability.
- Recommended Use
Used in solvent-based and solvent-free coatings and printing inks to stabilize inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide. At the same time, the additive can be used in acid-catalyzed systems (such as coil coatings).
Addition amount
Inorganic pigment 3-5%
Titanium dioxide 3-5%
Organic pigment 10-12%
*. The above data are empirical dosages, and the optimal dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests.
Incorporation and Processing Instructions
In order to obtain the best performance, the additive should be added to the grind first, and then the pigment. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grind, and then slowly add the additive under constant stirring. Do not add the pigment before the additive is mixed evenly.
