- Applications
Special Features and Benefits：
– No solvents, no markings; no ethoxylated alkylphenols;
– Effectively stable and used in inorganic pigment systems;
– Particularly suitable for pigment concentrates containing resins and without resins;
– Excellent tinting strength (color development) and good color paste storage stability;
– Improve excellent water resistance and improve color stability.
Recommended Use:
It is used for grinding and dispersing inorganic powders, nano-grinding of fillers such as alumina, zirconium oxide, iron oxide series, titanium dioxide and various inorganic powders.

Addition amount
Inorganic pigments as supplied: 5.0% – 30.0%
Carbon black as supplied: 40.0% – 150.0%
Recommended dosage when co-grinding: 0.5% – 2.0% (total formulation)
*. The above data are the dosage ratios in the formula. The optimal dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests.
Incorporation and Processing Instructions
To achieve the best performance, the additives should be added to the grind first, followed by the pigment. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grind, then slowly add the additives while stirring. Do not add the pigment until the additives are well mixed.
