What is water-based acrylic resin？

Water-based acrylic resin is an environmentally friendly polymer material with water as the dispersing medium, having the chemical formula (C3H4O2)n. It appears as light yellow or white solid particles. Its core characteristics include low VOC emissions and strong weather resistance, making it widely used in building coatings, industrial corrosion prevention, wood paints, and other fields.

Architectural Coatings: As the base material for latex paint, it provides water resistance and adhesion
Industrial Corrosion Protection: Used for steel structures and metal surface coatings, requires the use of crosslinking agents
Wood Paint: Forms a protective film through self-crosslinking or external curing agents

Ink and Adhesive
Flexographic printing: Requires the use of polyether-based dispersants for stable dispersion
Binder: Obtained water solubility through the neutralization and salting-out process

Precautions for Use
Store in a cool, ventilated place. The shelf life is typically six months
Before construction, the substrate compatibility must be tested to avoid adhesion issues
For industrial applications, it is recommended to choose thermosetting resins to enhance chemical resistance
