• HH2467W Water-Alcohol Dispersant

HH2467w water-based dispersant utilizes a multifunctional monomer end-capping treatment. Its unique structure improves the water resistance of the paint film and increases adhesion after film formation.

It exhibits excellent pigment dispersibility and storage stability. Especially suitable for gravure printing inks containing alcohol and water.

• Aplikasi

Fitur dan Manfaat Khusus：

Used for producing water-based general-purpose high-solids color pastes. It disperses and grinds organic powders in resin-containing systems, significantly reducing paste viscosity, providing high gloss, thermal stability, low foaming, low dosage, increased pigment tinting strength, and short grinding time.

• Penggunaan yang Direkomendasikan

1. Grinding resin-containing ink pastes.
2. Resin-containing industrial coatings and leather color paste coatings.
3. Alcohol + water-soluble gravure inks (flexographic, gravure).
4. Water-based pigments with high resin content in resin-containing systems.

Recommended addition amount: 1.5%.

• Instruksi penggunaan

To obtain optimal performance, the additives should be added to the grinding media first, diikuti oleh pigmen. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grinding media, then slowly add the additives while continuously stirring. Do not add pigments before the additives are thoroughly mixed.
