• HH2376W Dispersing agents

HH2376w water-based dispersant is based on 2176 dispersant and uses multifunctional monomer end-capping treatment. Its special structure improves the water resistance of the paint film and increases the adhesion after film formation. It has excellent pigment dispersibility and storage stability.

Especially in water-based plastic gravure inks with alcohol-water soluble systems (containing alcohol solvents). Sebagai tambahan, water-based epoxy systems are also applicable.

• Aplikasi

Fitur dan Manfaat Khusus：

Used to produce water-based general-purpose high-solid color paste, disperse and grind organic powder in resin-containing system, it can strongly reduce the viscosity of color paste, high gloss, heat storage stability, low foaming, small dosage, increase the coloring power of pigment, and short grinding time.

• Penggunaan yang Direkomendasikan

1. Penggilingan pasta warna tinta yang mengandung resin.
2. Resin-containing industrial coatings and leather color paste coatings.
3. Alcohol + water-soluble gravure ink (flexo plate, gravure).
4. Pasta warna sistem resin kandungan tinggi pigmen berbasis air.

• Instruksi penggunaan

Untuk mendapatkan kinerja terbaik, the additives should be added to the grind before the pigment. Premix the resin and solvent components of the grind first, dan kemudian perlahan-lahan tambahkan aditif di bawah pengadukan konstan. Pigments cannot be added before the additives are mixed evenly.
