• HH–22T3 Dispersing agent（non-ionic）

It can improve the dispersion quality of pigments and fillers. It disperses pigments and fillers evenly without flocculation through steric stabilization. Due to the reduction in viscosity, flow properties are improved, significantly increasing the amount of pigment added. It is easy to disperse, has high gloss, shortens the grinding time, significantly increases the coloring strength of the pigment, and improves the transparency of the pigment.

Penggunaan yang Direkomendasikan:

Disperse grinding pigments and fillers in water-based resin-free systems and resin-based systems to produce water-based color pastes with stable quality. Used for wet grinding of water-based powders.

• Instruksi Penggabungan dan Pemrosesan

For best performance, additives should be added to the grind before adding pigments. First premix the resin and solvent components of the grinding material, then slowly add the additives under constant stirring. Do not add pigments before the additives are evenly mixed.
