• HH2170D Dispersant

It is a highly effective additive specially used for non-polar binders. It has a two-component structure of pigment affinity and solvent affinity. It can effectively improve the wettability and dispersibility of pigments when mixed in aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbon solutions,thereby producing a stable, high-concentration pigment dispersion with good rheological properties.

• Penggunaan yang Direkomendasikan

Surface treatment of aluminum silver paste, offset printing ink, news gravure toluene ink, various oily paints, oily color pastes and pigments.

• Jumlah penambahan

Generally, it is 3%~5% of the amount of pigment

• Instruksi penggunaan

Untuk mendapatkan kinerja terbaik, aditif harus ditambahkan terlebih dahulu ke bahan penggiling, dan kemudian pigmen. Pracampur komponen resin dan pelarut dari bahan gerinda, dan kemudian perlahan-lahan tambahkan aditif di bawah pengadukan konstan. Jangan tambahkan pigmen sebelum aditif dicampur secara merata.
