• HH2167 Waterborne Wetting and Dispersing Agent

This is a wetting and dispersing agent for waterborne printing inks and coating systems. It is used for grinding resin-containing inks and dispersants, significantly reducing pigment viscosity, providing high gloss, thermal stability, increasing pigment tinting strength, and requiring short grinding times. It is a high-performance waterborne dispersant with excellent cost-effectiveness.

• Jumlah penambahan
• The recommended amount of grinding resin in the formulation is: 20%~30% (pigment content %);
• Dispersant 2~5% (jumlah formulasi);

• Instruksi penggunaan

Untuk mendapatkan kinerja terbaik, aditif harus ditambahkan terlebih dahulu ke bahan penggiling, dan kemudian pigmen. Pracampur komponen resin dan pelarut dari bahan gerinda, dan kemudian perlahan-lahan tambahkan aditif di bawah pengadukan konstan. Jangan tambahkan pigmen sebelum aditif dicampur secara merata.
