Fitur dan Manfaat Khusus

1. The additive deflocculates the pigment through steric stabilization, and it also makes the pigment particles carry the same charge. The resulting repulsive effect and steric stabilization prevent the pigment from coarsening, thereby eliminating the problem of floating color in systems containing multiple pigments.
2. Due to the small particle size of the deflocculated pigment, high gloss can be obtained and color strength can be enhanced. Sebagai tambahan, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments can also be improved. Due to the reduction in viscosity, the leveling performance is improved and the amount of pigment added can be increased.

Instruksi Penggabungan dan Pemrosesan

Untuk mencapai kinerja terbaik, aditif harus ditambahkan ke bahan giling terlebih dahulu, diikuti oleh pigmen. Premix resin dan komponen pelarut dari penggilingan, kemudian tambahkan aditif perlahan sambil diaduk. Jangan menambahkan pigmen sampai aditif tercampur dengan baik.
