Recommended dosage: The following dosage is based on the ratio of dispersant solids to pigments:

Pigmen anorganik: 20-30% by oil absorption

Pigmen organik: green, blue, purple: 15-30% by BET value; yellow, red, orange: 25-45% by BET value

Carbon black low pigment: 15-20% by DBP absorption value

Carbon black high pigment: 50-80% by DBP absorption value

Instruksi Penggabungan dan Pemrosesan

Untuk mencapai kinerja terbaik, aditif harus ditambahkan ke bahan giling terlebih dahulu, diikuti oleh pigmen. Premix resin dan komponen pelarut dari penggilingan, kemudian tambahkan aditif perlahan sambil diaduk. Jangan menambahkan pigmen sampai aditif tercampur dengan baik.
